Fluffy & Frolic LLC was created out of love and passion for all animals. We provide high-quality personalized pet care that enhances the lives of our clients, their pets, and our community. We offer dog walking and pet sitting services in many Charlotte neighborhoods. We are licensed, insured, bonded, certified, and dedicated to the highest level of professionalism in pet care.
Our pet care services are designed to keep your pet safe and happy in and around their home environment. Our goal is to develop a strong, loyal, and loving bond with your pets to enrich their lives and provide the best care possible.

Hi, I’m Lindsey!
I have always been passionate about animals and making a positive impact in their lives. I believe animals rely on us to look out for them and provide them with care, love, and attention. I wanted to build a pet care service that is centered around those values.
I began to research dog walking and pet sitting, learning about the different types of certifications, memberships, and what it takes to give the best quality pet care possible. I became a member of the two biggest pet-sitting organizations, Pet Sitters International (PSI) and the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS). I also became certified in pet CPR, first aid, dental care, and senior care, while learning health & wellness information for both dogs and cats. Today, I continue to learn everything I can to provide the best pet care possible. Building relationships with animals and continuously bringing joy to their lives have been the most rewarding experiences in my pet care career to date.

Please give us a call at 704-791-4446 or contact us using the form on our Contact Us page and we will call you as soon as possible. We will then schedule a meet & greet to ensure we may be a good fit and discuss your and your pets needs. From there you will be able to text, email, or call us to schedule future pet care services.

A set of keys can be left on-site through hide a key or in a lock box that you purchase prior to starting services with us. Or entry through door staff/concierge desk/leasing office. If you use keyless entry through a keypad or code, we still need a set of keys on-site in case electronic entry does not work or in case of an emergency.
It is your responsibility that we can gain access into your home for your scheduled visits. Fluffy & Frolic LLC is not responsible for any client keys. When we arrive for a scheduled service, if we cannot gain access into your home through the method you provided to us, you will still be held accountable and charged for that service. You will be notified immediately that entry/access into your home was not possible at the time of service. Booking services with Fluffy & Frolic LLC acknowledges that you will provide us access/entry into your home upon arriving for scheduled services and that the option you select to use works.

Fluffy & Frolic LLC will not pay to park in order to perform a pet care service. Our clients must provide parking for us to perform the scheduled services. We can change the rate of your service or add on a fee/charge to reflect what we may have to pay to park via meter or garage.

We cannot guarantee set specific times for appointments due to busy scheduling, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always try to make appointments appropriately according to your pet’s regular schedule and your time preferences.

Dogs require at the bare minimum at least two visits a day. Cats and other animals require at least one visit per day. Many things can happen while you’re gone that can cause potential harm to your pet. Your pet's safety is our top priority!

We abide by all leash laws. All dogs while in our care will be required to be on leash during outdoor walks.

It is our policy that if any client allows any other person(s) access to their home while under the Fluffy & Frolic LLC contract, Fluffy & Frolic LLC cannot be held liable for any damages to pets or property.
Please notify us immediately if guests will have access to your home while we are providing services. Also, please notify the guest in your home that we are coming so that our presence will not surprise your guest.

If your pet bites or harms any pet or person while in the care of Fluffy & Frolic LLC, it is your financial responsibility to pay for all costs sustained. Due to the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina rules and regulations, we will have to follow all procedures with Charlotte Animal Care, Animal Control, as well as any other local Animal Care and Control. If your pet bites or harms any pet or person and they have to seek medical attention, we will provide the owner’s name, address, and any additional information to officials.
Fluffy & Frolic LLC has the right to refuse service to animals who appear to be aggressive, ill, or could cause harm to Fluffy & Frolic LLC or others. We are not required to provide reasoning for refusing to work with you or your pet.

Fenced in yards are great for pets to enjoy the outdoors, however, no fence system is completely secure, therefore they put your pet’s safety at risk. Fluffy & Frolic LLC does not accept responsibility or liability for any pets that escape, are injured, become lost, fatal, or anything further, when they are left outside or have access to a fenced in area. This includes fences of all types.
If you have an outdoor pet and choose to leave it outside, please know that in inclement weather, extreme heat, or extreme cold, we may contact you and let you know that changes need to be made due to the weather.
Our biggest concern is that your pet is safe and comfortable, we take all measures to make sure of this!

Fluffy & Frolic LLC requires that all pets have the necessary vaccinations and immunizations before service begins. All pets must be up to date on vaccines.
We suggest using preventative methods recommended by your vet to control fleas/ticks. If we see fleas/ticks are a problem, we have the right to cancel services and will do so until the flea/tick situation is controlled. If we notice them in the middle of a service, it will be stopped and canceled immediately and there will be no refunds. We will contact you so you may find alternate care for your pets.
Under no circumstances will Fluffy & Frolic LLC service any pet that has any form of contagious illness.
These policies are put in place for the safety and health of your pets. Your pets' health is one of our top priorities. All of our clients depend on us to provide a safe and healthy service for their pets and homes.

Fluffy & Frolic LLC will use their best judgment while caring for your pets during all weather conditions and temperatures. The service schedule may be changed, interrupted, altered, or canceled due to weather circumstances. In inclement weather, extreme heat, or extreme cold we will adjust outside time as needed, the remaining appointment time will be spent indoors. We will always contact you to inform you of these changes.

All rates and services are subject to change at any time.
Services that go beyond the length of a scheduled appointment time for issues beyond our control (access/entry, cleaning, emergencies, etc.) will be adjusted and charged accordingly.
Holiday:
All appointments scheduled on the day of a holiday will include a $5 holiday fee per visit. Our holiday list is: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Please note that we have limited hours on holidays.
Meet & Greets:
All new clients will have one free in-person consultation prior to your first scheduled service. Any additional in-person meet & greet will include a $5 fee.
Additional Pets:
All rates listed on the service page are for one pet per appointment. Each additional pet is $5 per visit.

Any clients who need to add, cancel, or change the time or date of any service must provide us with a 48 hour or more notice via text message or by email. This applies to all visits including holiday visits as well.
Clients canceling any service with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full service rate for all services canceled within the next 48 hours. This applies to all visits including holiday visits as well.
If you have been away and will be returning home early for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
No refunds will be given to clients for any services that have been started or completed.

Payment is due at the time of the service start date for all regular and all holiday appointments.
